Developing leaders for a complex world
A significant increase in data accessibility to organizations and individuals occurred in 2007. It signaled the end of the heroic model of leadership. We work with leaders, sharing how to form relationships that support success in a data driven, complex world. We coach them on being mentors to others in the organization so that all contribute pertinent information an expertise as needed.
Developing quality products through more effective communication
When people work in teams developing products, communication patterns happen. Some of them are productive for achieving the desired outcomes. Others not so much. We work with leaders to untangle problems in communication in teams, to intervene effectively to produce positive change in both the group’s dynamics and its outcomes, and to help people in the room alter their behavior to better reach their aspiration
Improving creative thinking at all levels of the organization
We recognize more and more that creativity is essential if progress is to be made in any area of business. New ideas form the basis of change in every field. Most of us have been trained in and rely heavily on the left side of our brain. Our sessions introduce and increase thinking on the right side of the brain from which creativity and insights spring.
