Innovative Systems Associates is an organizational consulting firm based in the Boston area. We are senior-level organizational consultants with broad industry experience including telecom, digital marketing and manufacturing. We bring to our clients a unique blend of organizational psychology, a background in complexity science, operational business experience and an understanding of Agile processes. We work with mid to large-size organizations

Our Mission:

We work with organizations on mission-critical issues. In the process we support growth and success for the organization and create an environment of individual engagement and growth.

The larger framework that guides our work is Dialogic Organizational Development. Dialogic OD is a mindset about organizations, leadership and change. It is well-suited for today’s world of business in which mission-critical issues have become complex, adaptive challenges requiring not only a change in processes but a change in mindset.

Guided by principles of Dialogic OD in support of our mission, we work with leaders to stimulate emergent processes so that self-organization is facilitated, bringing with it patterns of organizing and shifts in mindsets better suited to current needs and conditions
